Yes! If you are close to campus, there is no fee for an off-campus drop off. The farther you are from campus, the more expensive your Custom Drop Off Fee becomes.

While we can’t 100% guarantee a drop off with less than 72 hours notice, we will almost certainly be able to accommodate you. Please email: admin@greenboxstorage.org to see if your drop off request is possible. You may be subject to a $75 Late Drop Off Request fee.

It’s fine to request your drop-off on the day your arrive to campus! We don’t want you sleeping without your bedding and other important items.

It’s worth noting that, although we almost certainly will be able to accommodate your drop off date, we cannot 100% guarantee a drop off on the day you request.

Additionally, you may not receive your items at the exact time that you’d prefer. If you request your items to be dropped off on our Main Drop Off Day, you can elect your preferred time slot on your Greenbox Account.

However, you can opt for a Priority Drop-Off which means your drop off will occur during a two hour time slot that you select on your Main Drop-Off Day There will be a be a $97 fee for any Priority Drop-Offs.

Your school has a specific Main Drop Off Day that corresponds with the beginning of your semester. This day is before your semester begins so you can ensure you have your items before classes begin. If you’d like your items dropped off outside your Main Drop Off Day, you may be subject to a $59 Custom Drop Off Fee. There is a fee for this service because we must hire and arrange a moving team solely for your drop off.

We are unable to give you a more specific drop off time frame due to unforeseen issues such as traffic, weather, and other delays. No worries! After your items are dropped off, you will receive a notification. We will leave your things outside your dorm building. Please note that we are not responsible for any missing items after your items are dropped off.
