Pricing and Billing

  • Our service is extremely affordable! We charge “per item, per month” which means that you only pay for what you store. Please check out our Pricing page for our pricing.

  • After your items are picked up, you will receive an invoice for your first monthly payment. You will be charged each month for the duration of your storage period. Please note that the summer storage period is considered four months.

  • If your invoice is not paid within 5 days, you will be charged a $25 Late Payment Fee. For each additional day that your balance isn’t paid, an additional $5 will be added to your outstanding balance.

  • We can store your items for any length of time that you’d like. However, you will be charged for a minimum of four months if your items are stored for a shorter period of time.

  • Pickup and drop off is completely free on our Main Pickup and Drop-Off Days. These days can be found on our Storage Sign Up page. Any pickup or drop off outside these dates will incur a $59 Custom Pickup / Drop Off Fee.

  • Please send us an email at: admin@greenboxstorage.org to request a cancellation.

  • Yes, we will refund your Storage Reservation if you decide you no longer need our services.
